Welcome to the Independent Professional Dance Instructors Association! You have taken a great step towards increasing your skills as a highly qualified professional dance instructor.
This program was created in 2002 by Michael & Dawne Kiehm with a single goal in mind, "To raise the standard of teaching partner dancing all over the world." Since the birth of this program several other top professionals have become involved and will be quoted if not self represented during this course.
Whether you teach Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Country Western, or Night Club dances, this program will benefit you in more ways than you could imagine!
Where else can you learn the tools to effectively teach what you want, in a clear and concise manner? This program is not about standardizing any particular syllabus or style of dance. You can use your own syllabus or we can provide one for you. Simply put, you will learn how to teach a group class as well as a private lesson with great success. Now you can learn in a few hours what top professionals have had to learn by trial and error over a period of several years.
